What’s Your Problem, 401(k)?

ABOUT THE WEBINAR

The numbers don’t lie: too few employees are on track for retirement. So, what’s wrong with the 401(k), the plan most workers count on to save for retirement? Can it be fixed or should we scrap it for something else?

In PCI’s upcoming webinar, Dan Schuler from Pension Consultants, Inc. will break down the state of retirement readiness in America, its impact on financial security, and why we believe current 401(k) plan management is to blame. He will explore three key drivers of retirement readiness and describe the specific changes we believe are needed to make 401(k) plans accomplish the goal we depend upon them for – to get employees on track for retirement.

This session is designed for fiduciaries, HR leaders, and anyone responsible for overseeing employee retirement plans. We’ll guide you through actionable strategies to not only address the problem but also how to implement a solution. Discover how better 401(k) management can make a meaningful difference in your employees’ retirement readiness.
