Brian Allen, CFP®, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Pension Consultants, Inc.
Brian Allen is a veteran of the plan adviser industry with over thirty years of experience. He notably founded Pension Consultants, Inc. in 1994. Under his leadership, the firm expanded to become one of the nation’s largest independent plan advisers, earning industry recognition and numerous awards. Notably, PlanAdviser has consistently listed PCI on their Top 100 list for many years, and PCI was twice named a finalist for Plan Adviser of the Year by PlanSponsor.
Brian is actively involved as the chairman of the board and chair of the investment committee for Pension Consultants, Inc. As of December 31, 2023, PCI manages or advises over $4.4 billion in assets.
In 2020, Brian Allen authored the book ‘Rewarding Retirement: How Fiduciary Committees Can Elevate Workers, Companies, and Communities.’ His insightful articles have been featured in prominent industry publications such as The Street Retirement Daily, Advisor Perspectives, Advisors Magazine, and Investment News RPA Convergence. Additionally, Brian has been quoted in various media outlets, including CNBC and Money.
