Todd Hughes and Stephen Spear Quoted in PLANADVISER

Last Updated: December 07, 2015

Todd Hughes, Director of ERISA and Vendor Services and Stephen Spear, Sr. Vice President of Regional Sales were recently quoted in PLANADVISER’s article “How to Embolden the Sluggish Plan Sponsor”.
Todd discusses the importance of clearly establishing roles in order to facilitate discussions about improving the plan. Stephen points out the need to address the different concerns the finance and human resources departments may have if they make changes to the plan.  Todd also suggests plan settlors ask if the plan was designed a certain way to meet certain goals. Only then, can plan sponsors have a real discussion about retirement industry trends and how the trends may help to meet their goals.  Click to read the full article in PLANADVISER and learn how plan sponsors can make changes to provide the best retirement plan to their employees.
