Pension Consultants, Inc. recently featured in Springfield Business Journal’s Great Places to Work

Pension Consultants, Inc. (PCI) is excited to announce that we were recently included in Springfield Business Journal’s special feature, “Great Places to Work.” This feature highlights PCI as we celebrate 25 years of successfully meeting our mission – to improve the financial security of American workers.

We have been able to accomplish our goal by serving 401(k) and 403(b) fiduciary committees that want to offer a Good Plan for their employees. We believe a Good Plan brings confidence that:

  • the plan’s investment lineup performs well,
  • the fees paid by the plan are low, and
  • employees are on track for retirement.

It takes a team of talented individuals and thought leaders to succeed in our mission and shape our industry.

Our firm’s culture is driven by our core values, which are to “do the right thing” and “do it right.” Transparency, integrity, and responsibility are essential elements in our team.

Celebrating 25 Years of

Improving Financial Security

Pension Consultants, Inc. is celebrating 25 years of improving the financial security of American Workers.

Started in 1994, PCI founder Brian Allen set forth with a mission – to do it differently. He noticed that there were disconnects between the industry rules and regulations and how employer-sponsored retirement plans were actually being managed. Brian set out to be a part of the change in the retirement plan advisory industry by focusing on helping those who manage retirement plans so they can have confidence they offer a Good Plan.

Today, PCI serves clients of all sizes and has nearly $4 billion in assets in its care, with no sign of slowing down!
