We Want You to Know

RetireAdvisers℠ participant satisfaction survey and results were provided by Twilio for Pension Consultants Inc. clients’ plan participant interactions between the given dates. A survey link was delivered via automated text message to all participants who took part in an in-person or virtual guidance session with a RetireAdvisers℠ Retirement Consultant during the given timeframe.

The survey consisted of one question: “On a scale of 1 to 5, how would you rate your experience?” The response options were 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.

No compensation was provided for survey responses. Survey results are not an indication or guarantee of PCI future performance or services. A client’s or client plan participant’s actual experience with RetireAdvisers℠ or PCI as a whole may not be the same as a third-party’s ranking or rating of PCI.
